Stating the obvious: 2020 has thrown a wrench into, well, everything.
The NFL is doing its best to move forward as best it can, which is commendable. And aren’t we glad it’s not being run by California Gov. Gavin Newsom.
But while the league is moving forward, there are serious questions that need to be asked and we are happy to do the asking. Here are just a few we’d throw out to NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell:
- Why are the Denver Broncos required to play without a QB while the Baltimore Ravens can push their game out indefinitely?
- How weird was it that the Texans-Lions and Packers-Bears games had identical outcomes on Sunday of the popular and very likely score of 41-25?
- Who’s more responsible for the New England Patriots dynasty: Tom Brady or Bill Belichick?
- Do you agree with us that Jon Gruden looks better in a visor than a traditional hat?
- If you were Trevor Lawrence’s dad would you advise your son to tell the New York Jets to take a hike?
- Will someone ever actually win the NFC East?
